CRM Application

BossCRM is the upgraded version of Boss Advantage's propriety Customer Relation Management (CRM) system. It consists of a host of modules to suit the needs of the customer, and can manage contact, appointments, email marketing, and much more.

One of the modules I worked on personally is the Job Management System, which allows the users to create and track tasks, the client the task is for, the documents relating to the task, and the staff members who have worked on the task.

BossCRM features an internal messaging system, which can send messages to one or multiple staff, and also has an option to send the message as an SMS.

As BossCRm is based on Boss Advantage's Real Estate Office (REO) system, one of the key modules is used to manage real estate properties, whether they be sales, rental, or commercial.

This web application was built using mainly PHP, jQuery and Ajax, though the Job, Property, Messaging, and Contact Systems also use JSON to populate the pages with information.

Real Estate Project

This website was designed and built for a project marketing company, centered around a single investment project. The aim of the site was to contain all the necessary details of the project, in a way that best showcased it to prospective buyers, while still being easy to roll out additional sites as more projects were ready for listing.

This was achieved using a 'static dynamic' ideology, such that the contents of the website were contained within a single file, which could easily be changed for further sites without changing how the site's information was populated.

As each project would have different image categories, the images were loaded via file tree structure rather than name, allowing for easy modification, with no filename matching required.

The bulk of the website is built using just HTML, CSS and Boottrap, with PHP used only only for loading the specific information.

Realistic Training Options

Construction Training & Qualifications

This website was constructed for a registered training organisation (RTO) based out of Sandgate. Initially built simply to contain the details on the company, the qualifications they offered and to allow users to apply for them, the site has since expanded to include a student portal, allowing clients to manage their documents through the website.

Additionally, as the student base grew, and the company expanded its market to include countries such as the Philippines, a forum was added to give students and teachers an easy way to interact, even across the sea.

This website was built primarily with PHP and MySQL, but wasn't designed with mobile devices in mind. The website also required a major modification to the originally real estate-oriented back end system used for content management. The forum was built using PHPBB.

This website was built for a local real estate in the Ipswitch region to assist them in marketing their client's properties.

Built using the experience obtained in the Kawana Coast Realty site, this website was a chance to build a fresh website without being bogged down by out of date code.

The site was my first attempt at using Bootstrap to build responsive websites, but as a first attempt it does contain a good amount of legacy code from the previous generation of websites.

Real Estate Portal

Local Homes was designed to be a Real Estate Portal, in a similar vein to sites such as RealEstate.com.au and Domain.com.au, receiving property feeds from a number of sources and presenting them in a single, easy to use location.

This website was built primarily with PHP and MySQL, but wasn't designed with mobile devices in mind.
